Description:
Dalam usaha memenfaatkan dan mengelola SDM diperlukan manajemen perusahaan yang handal. Oleh karenanya, perusahaan harus memahami kebutuhan yang dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi karyawan. Kepuasan kerja bersumber dari faktor ekstrinsik (Hygiene) dan faktor intrinsik (Motivator) suatu pekerjaan (Herzberg, dalam Munandar 2001). Ketika perusahaan tidak mampu memenuhi faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, maka akan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan kerja bagi karyawan PAM Jaya. Hal ini dapat berdampak negatif pada prodiktivitas karyawan dan perusahaan.
